Jim Harmon
Technical Trainer and Quality Assurance Coordinator
Jim has been actively working in residential energy efficiency retrofit since 2005. He has field experience as a Technician, Crew Lead, Project Coordinator, and Quality Assurance/Control Inspector with the Opportunity Council’s Weatherization and Community Energy Challenge programs.
In addition to quality control inspections for energy efficiency programs of the OC Jim is a technical trainer for the Building Performance Center. Jim holds a B.S. in Biology and a Master of Education in Environmental Education.
